Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If the Company identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether by name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other indicator — all duplicate accounts may be suspended and any funds within them withheld pending investigation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.
Identity Verification (KYC): Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, and at any time the Company deems necessary, you will be required to submit the following documents:
KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation where required for compliance purposes.
Deposits. The Company accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-supported payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, BNB). All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or the MYR-equivalent where cryptocurrency is used.
Deposits must originate from payment accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to return deposits to the originating payment source and to request documentary proof of ownership of any payment method used.

The Company reserves the right to conduct additional fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified via in-platform notification or email if additional verification is required.

All games available on the vcuci Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise for a specific gameplay element.
The Company uses certified random number generators (RNGs) and, for live dealer games, professional human dealers operating from licensed studios. Verified RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published in the game information section of each slot title.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the Company's decision on the outcome of the affected round shall be final. Wagers placed immediately prior to a confirmed technical fault may be voided and returned to the Player's balance at the Company's discretion.
Sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sporting body. vcuci reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the specified settlement window, or affected by factors that render a fair settlement impossible.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vcuci Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the vcuci Platform — including but not limited to software code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, layout, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of vcuci or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from the Company.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by vcuci is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
vcuci collects personal data necessary for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the provision of Platform services. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vcuci, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform operates without disruption, vcuci does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components at all times.
The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vcuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's balance will be held in escrow. Should the investigation conclude in the Player's favour, the balance will be returned in full. Where a breach is confirmed, the Company reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. A player-initiated closure will be processed within 5 working days. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the last verified payment method on file.
vcuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via in-platform notification, email, or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and notify us of your wish to close your account.

Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 5 business days.
If a resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, the matter may be escalated to the Company's designated disputes resolution body, details of which are available on request from our support team.
These Terms are governed by applicable international licensing regulations. Any legal proceedings arising from disputes not resolved through the above process shall be conducted in English and subject to the jurisdiction specified in the Company's licensing framework.
